Both the business and job have their own pros and cons.There are many people who love to do job instead of business and it's all depend on one's interest. If a person likes to do job and have a dream to work with a well reputed MNC then he should go for the job.So it's all depend on your interest.


Usually people like to do job. Many people have dream from the student life only that after graduation or after masters they will do job in a well reputed MNC. Initially they will like the work and culture of the company and also they got to know about many new things but slowly after some years they will get bored of there life because there life will be limited to home and work.many people find this safe and secure for them because they don't have to take risk to earn money,  they are happy in taking peer pressure of work. few people don't want this monotonous life and they dream big and make a plan to start a business. Many people have a dream to become a successful businessmen/businesswomen because it surely gives a person great earning and for that, one have to work very hard. 

So in both business and job one have to work hard to become successful and to earn more money. Both are better according to one's interest.
