Is it safe to get married during Corona?
Couples are searching
for the perfect marriage garden, pretty
dresses and performing small functions in order to tie the knot. But is it
really safe? Let’s find out.
With the onset of the marriage season, there has
been a rapid rise within the COVID-19 cases also.The worldwide coronavirus
outbreak, Covid-19, has forced Indians to re-plan or cancel their weddings. On
the brink of half those getting to tie the knot within the coming quarter
have postponed or cancelled their plans consistent with an app -based
survey of two, 500 couples by wedding planning website WedMeGood.com
. But unlike big metros, nearly two-thirds of the respondents in smaller cities
would still plow ahead.While most of the weddings that were to be held within
the next few months are postponed to the later a part of the
year. 55% couples who were to urge married within the second
quarter of the year are still in hope of things recuperating within the near
future and are making little or no change to their plans while the
remainder 45% have postponed or cancelled their
wedding for now. But government has fixed some rules and regulations for
marriage ceremonies, how it should be held. In Madhya Pradesh, 19,005
people are infected with the novel coronavirus, as
of now. Although Bhopal and Indore are the worst-hit districts of Madhya
Pradesh, the citizens are not required to take permission from authorities to
carry on the ceremony. In Indore, 50 persons can attend the
marriage while in Bhopal, 40 guests are permitted. Earlier, 12 guests were
allowed in Indore and 20 in Bhopal. However, the authorities said social
distancing norms will need to be followed during ceremonies and arrangements
need to be made to stop the viral spread. it will be good for the people
to take safety and precautions and follow the rules of the government to get
married safely.
